Terms of Use

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms apply when you use Fulcrum (fulcrum.trading). If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

What Fulcrum is

Fulcrum is a free analysis tool for positions on the Pendle protocol. It reads public market and wallet data, and it calculates and projects yields, costs, leverage outcomes and profit and loss. It is a personal project. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Pendle, Morpho, Aave, Euler or any other protocol it shows. It uses the Octav API for portfolio data, and it is not an Octav product.

Not financial advice

Nothing on Fulcrum is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation or an offer to buy, sell or hold any asset. Words such as "best", "optimal", "max profit" or "lower risk" describe the result of a calculation on the inputs shown. They do not describe what is suitable for you.

Fulcrum's operator is not a registered investment adviser, broker or dealer. Make your own decisions, and speak to a qualified professional if you need advice.

Projections are not promises

The figures on Fulcrum are estimates. They come from models and from data supplied by other services, and they can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. In particular:

  • A projected return is not a guaranteed return. Borrow rates, prices, liquidity, fees and gas costs change.
  • A leveraged position can be liquidated, and you can lose all of the capital in it. A shown liquidation price, health value or distance to liquidation is an estimate, and lending markets can change their parameters.
  • A "fixed" yield is fixed only if you hold to maturity and the underlying asset and protocol perform. Some tokens settle in an asset whose price moves, and stablecoins can lose their peg.
  • Profit and loss, cost basis and history depend on data from other services and may not match your own records. Do not use them alone for tax or accounting.
  • Smart contracts, bridges, oracles and protocols can fail or be attacked.

Check every figure against the protocol itself before you act on it.

Your wallet and your transactions

Fulcrum is non-custodial. It never holds your assets or your keys. Where Fulcrum prepares a transaction, for example a rotation between markets, the transaction is built with the help of other services, and you review and sign it in your own wallet. You are responsible for every transaction you sign. Transactions on a blockchain cannot be reversed.

You are responsible for the security of your wallet, your device and any API key you enter.

Acceptable use

Use Fulcrum only where it is lawful for you to do so. Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, get around its limits, or use it to break the terms of the services it draws data from.

No warranty

Fulcrum is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and availability. The site can change, break or stop at any time without notice.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Fulcrum's operator is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from your use of the site or from reliance on anything it shows. This includes trading losses, liquidations, lost profits, failed transactions and errors in data or calculations. Nothing in these terms removes a right that the law does not allow to be removed.

Other services

Fulcrum shows data from, and links to, services it does not control. Your use of those services is under their own terms. How Fulcrum handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you continue to use Fulcrum after a change, you accept the new terms.

Who runs Fulcrum

Fulcrum is a personal project run by one person.
